Yin yoga is a gentle, meditative form of yoga that focuses on stretching and holding poses for extended periods (typically 3-5 minutes). It aims to target the body's deeper connective tissues, such as fascia, ligaments, and joints.
In this lunar yin practice, we enter the subtle architecture of the body — slow, spacious, and connected. Mindful sequencing guide you through inner landscapes where tension dissolves and perception expands. Each posture becomes a doorway into the mandala of self, inviting conscious awareness. As fascia releases and breath lengthens, surrender softens into luminous stillness.

Solar Breathwork / Pranayama <all levels welcome>
This dynamic breathwork practice harnesses rhythm, flow, and vibration to open the body’s energetic gateways. Through guided cycles of active and resting breath, you awaken the life force—prana—that moves through every cell. Learn energizing breath to fight depression and calming breath to reduce anxiety.
Each class reinforces fundamental techniques and highlights one or more core techniques to learn and practice together. Some common techniques include: nadi shodana (alternate nostril breathing), ujjayi (victorious breath), and box breathing.

This class is a pre-requisite for Level 2 Breathwork or Soma Breathwork classes.

Soma Session - Requires Pre-Requisite Classwork & Independent Clinical Access to Medicine
Special guest Shane Aspegren of ONDO Holistic brings you a unique sound healing experience. This group session features traditional vibratory instruments — such as meditation gongs, Himalayan sound bowls, and tuning forks –to facilitate a deep somatic exploration in a gentle, low-dose psychedelic state.
Level 1 Soma Practice (Psychedelic Support Session)
The session includes an optional offering of direct body vibration, in which singing bowls are placed directly on the torso, to guide you deeper into your somatic experience.
The resulting deep resonance within the body is a profound experience. The vibrational experience will lead into a gong bath — moving from the inward focus on the somatic body towards a shared energetic experience. Shane learned these methods while living in Asia, and has carefully refined the technique over years of facilitation with groups and 1:1 with private clients.
